Community fit: 
To maintain the spirit of the TEDx community, we welcome attendees who can contribute to the conversations and connections at the TEDx Salons and TEDxFrankfurt, and the projects that may come out of it.

Attendance
So that everyone can fully benefit from the experience of connecting with other attendees, we ask that you stay for the duration of the event.

Documentation
The event will be filmed and photographed by the TEDxFrankfurt team.
Attendees may appear in video or photo documentation on social media and other outlets. Through the purchase of a ticket, you consent to appear in photos and/or video material recorded at the venue during the event’s duration. These photos and/or videos will then be shared on various on- and offline channels. If you have inquiries as to how this material will be used, please contact us.

Code of conduct
Those attending TEDx & TEDx Salons events understand that they do so in a spirit of curiosity, open-mindedness, respect and tolerance. Participants agree to respect each other’s opinion and engage in an open free flow conversation. TEDxFrankfurt is dedicated to providing a harassment-free salon/event experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. TEDxFrankfurt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to sanction or expel, without a refund, salon participants who violate these rules.

General and Terms of Refund
Tickets to TEDxFrankfurt are non-refundable. If you find that you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to another name until the start of the event. Please send an email to tickets@tedxfrankfurt.com with your ticket number and provide us with the name and email address of the new ticket holder as well as with the name of the TEDx event(s) they organize. Tickets to our smaller events labeled as “Salons” are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. In the event that we are unable to carry out the gathering in person due to the pandemic, we will revert to a virtual option and refund the price of your ticket (excl. fees).
Moreover, with your purchase, you agree to be added to the TEDxFrankfurt mailing list to send you important information about the event. We will also send you information regarding next events or general information about TEDxFrankfurt afterwards. If you don’t want to get this information, you can always unsubscribe from the newsletter or let us know in advance by sending an email to hello@tedxfrankfurt.com.
By buying a ticket for TEDxFrankfurt and attending the event, you also agree that we can pass on your email address to TED. TED will only use your address to send you one email to get your feedback about our event. For us, it is important for our next license that TED gets this feedback, but even more, this feedback is important for us to be able to improve our event in the next year. We hope you will participate in this survey and help us to keep improving TEDxFrankfurt. However, if you don’t want your email address passed on to TED, you can decline this by sending an email to hello@tedxfrankfurt.com.
Please be aware that we are not selling tickets on the event day. If you want to attend TEDxFrankfurt, please purchase a ticket beforehand. 

Hygiene Protocol:
We adhere to the government regulations regarding the hygiene protocol and will carry out all measurements that are needed to keep each other save. More information on the exact procedures will be communicated 2 weeks before the event.
